Anna Alter was once like Abigail and knows how it feels when things don't go your way. Fortunately, she is lucky enough to have friends like George to cheer her up!
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Anna has written and illustrated many books for children. Her favorite things to do are make art, read books, and encourage kids to love art and reading as much as she does. She also likes taking pictures of her cats, George and Wilbur. When she is not writing and illustrating, Anna can be found visiting schools to speak about her work. She has worked as a preschool teacher, a college professor, and run art workshops for grade schoolers. |
